l&rsquo;air!<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>&#8211; Maman, j\u2019ai une bonne id\u00e9e, on prend une \u00e9chelle et on peint le ciel et les nuages de toutes les couleurs.<\/p><p>&#8211; Tu as raison ma ch\u00e9rie, c\u2019est vrai que c\u2019est un peu gris l\u00e0-haut.<\/p><p>Munie de nos pots de peinture, nous effectuons une paisible ascension. Et, arriv\u00e9es au sommet, nous nous mettons au travail. Du rouge, du jaune, du orange, du rose, du vert, le paysage se r\u00e9enchante sous nos yeux. La vie resplendit de partout. De l\u00e0 o\u00f9 nous nous trouvons, tout le reste, les tergiversations, les pr\u00e9occupations, les attestations, les irritations, semble d\u00e9risoire.<\/p><p>&#8211; C\u2019est bien mieux comme \u00e7a, tu ne trouves pas mon poussin\u00a0?<\/p><p>&#8211; Attends, j\u2019ai presque fini. Voil\u00e0. C\u2019est magnifique\u00a0!<\/p><p>Au moment o\u00f9 nous nous appr\u00eatons \u00e0 redescendre, un courant d\u2019air frais d\u00e9coiffe nos cheveux. Heureusement, nos \u00e9chelles sont ancr\u00e9es solidement au sol.<\/p><p>&#8211; Tout va bien ma ch\u00e9rie\u00a0?<\/p><p>&#8211; Oui\u00a0! J\u2019adore l\u2019air\u00a0! s\u2019exclame-t-elle en riant.<\/p><p>Je m\u2019impr\u00e8gne de l\u2019instant all\u00e8grement.<\/p><p>&#8211; Profitons-en et respirons lentement, dis-je.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><strong><span style=\"color: #4f8894;\">\u00c7<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #4f8894;\">a veut dire quoi la respiration?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>&#8211; \u00c7a veut dire quoi <strong>respirer\u00a0<\/strong>?<\/p><p>Je souris. Il me faut un petit temps de r\u00e9flexion avant de r\u00e9pondre.<\/p><p>&#8211; On respire tout le temps ma puce. Quand tu es n\u00e9e, c\u2019est la premi\u00e8re chose que tu as faite. C\u2019est quand l\u2019air rentre par ton nez ou par ta bouche, circule dans ton corps, et sort par le chemin inverse. C\u2019est ce qui fait que tu es <strong>en vie<\/strong>.<\/p><p>&#8211; Pourquoi tu dis de profiter de l\u2019air, si on respire \u00e0 chaque fois\u00a0?<\/p><p>&#8211; Parce que, souvent, on oublie que l\u2019on respire. On va tellement vite que l\u2019on manque d\u2019air. Par exemple, quand on ressent des fortes \u00e9motions, on se sent oppress\u00e9. Et le souffle se hache, de cette fa\u00e7on. \u00a0<\/p><p>Je lui montre, elle m\u2019imite.<\/p><p>&#8211; Ah oui, c\u2019est pas agr\u00e9able. Comme quand j\u2019ai la col\u00e8re.<\/p><p>&#8211; Exactement. Quand tu cries ou quand tu pleures, m\u00eame quand tu boudes, tu respires mal. Et, toujours, quand tu es calm\u00e9e, tu respires mieux.<\/p><p>&#8211; Oui mais, c\u2019est dur pour les petites filles de penser \u00e0 la respiration quand on a les \u00e9motions.<\/p><p>&#8211; Eh bien nous, les grands, on est l\u00e0 pour vous aider.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><strong><span style=\"color: #4f8894;\">Se rappeler de respirer<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>En m\u00eame temps, nous les grands, on a aussi du mal \u00e0 se rappeler de respirer.<\/p><p>Pourtant, face au stress et \u00e0 l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, ou \u00e0 toute autre \u00e9motion encombrante, <strong>la respiration est l\u00e0 pour nous aider<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Imaginons, je suis perdue dans le flot de mes pens\u00e9es, je suis partie loin de l\u00e0 o\u00f9 je me trouve, en vrai, assaillie de \u00ab\u00a0et si\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0\u00e7a se passera mal\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0c\u2019est la catastrophe\u00a0\u00bb, et de conditionnels en cascade.<\/p><p>Ou alors, je bouillonne. Je suis submerg\u00e9e. Je me sens exploser. Les larmes montent. J\u2019ai envie de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 quelque chose qui me tracasse ou m\u2019agace, une remarque qui m\u2019a heurt\u00e9e, mais \u00e7a part dans tous les sens.<\/p><p>Mon c\u0153ur bat tr\u00e8s vite. Je suffoque. Une petite voix commence \u00e0 me parler.<\/p><h3><strong>Prendre du recul<\/strong><\/h3><p>Si possible, isole-toi. Arr\u00eate-toi. Ferme les yeux. <strong>Reste en toi.<\/strong> Prends une profonde <strong>inspiration<\/strong>. Au moins cinq secondes. <strong>Lentement.<\/strong> Expire de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. Recommence, plusieurs fois, pendant quelques minutes. Rouvre les yeux. <strong>Regarde autour de toi.<\/strong> Int\u00e9resse-toi aux points d\u2019appui de ton corps. La face post\u00e9rieure qui s\u2019enfonce dans le lit, si tu es allong\u00e9e. Les pieds reposant par terre, les jambes sur la chaise, le dos sur le dossier, si tu es assise. Les pieds qui s\u2019appuient au sol, si tu es debout.<\/p><p>Dans ta t\u00eate, dis-toi, il est telle heure, je me trouve dans mon salon, je suis en vie, et quel que soit ce que je suis en train de ressentir, cela passera. <strong>Continue \u00e0 respirer.<\/strong><\/p><p>Consid\u00e8re ce qui est r\u00e9ellement et quels sont tes moyens d\u2019action pour t\u2019apaiser. Continue \u00e0 respirer. Tu ne vois pas tout ? Ce n\u2019est pas grave. C\u2019est normal. N\u2019agis pas dans l\u2019urgence. <strong>Prends du recul.<\/strong> L\u00e2che prise. Mets cela de c\u00f4t\u00e9. <strong>Tu y repenseras plus tard.<\/strong> Continue \u00e0 respirer. \u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Mon esprit est plus clair. Je commence \u00e0 comprendre ce qui me tourmente. Je respire plus pos\u00e9ment. Cela va d\u00e9j\u00e0 un peu mieux.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><strong><span style=\"color: #4f8894;\">La respiration, une source de bien-\u00eatre in\u00e9puisable<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La respiration est une pr\u00e9cieuse alli\u00e9e qui nous offre une source de bien-\u00eatre in\u00e9puisable, et pas uniquement pour se calmer face aux contrari\u00e9t\u00e9s. Avant de se coucher, au r\u00e9veil, en marchant, \u00e0 tout instant de la journ\u00e9e. S\u2019arr\u00eater de temps \u00e0 autre permet de <strong>se recentrer<\/strong> et de <strong>s\u2019ancrer dans son pr\u00e9sent<\/strong>, de garder les pieds sur terre et de se rappeler \u00e0 soi. On se d\u00e9barrasse de ses toxines, on fait de la place, l\u2019air chasse le n\u00e9gatif, on a les id\u00e9es au clair, la pression qui nous poin\u00e7onnait la poitrine se dissout et on retrouve sa <strong>libert\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>&#8211; Anim\u00e9e par ma passion des mots, j&rsquo;ai choisi de me lancer avec joie dans une aventure litt\u00e9raire.
